What have you done before the problem occurred?
I don't see any difference between IncrediMail v2 and IncrediMail Plus
With IncrediMail v2, backing up my two Email accounts was fast and included all my Email, main & family.
IncrediMail Plus doesn't allow anyone to do this.
If I could get a refund for IncrediMail Plus, I'd so so, as the backup program that came with IMv2 works faster.
