What have you done before the problem occurred? I don't see any difference between IncrediMail v2 and IncrediMail Plus With IncrediMail v2, backing up my two Email accounts was fast and included all my Email, main & family. IncrediMail Plus doesn't allow anyone to do this. If I could get a refund for IncrediMail Plus, I'd so so, as the backup program that came with IMv2 works faster.

Hi, In my opinion, if you are an Incredimail Premium subscriber the only benefit in paying more money to become an Incredimail Plus subscriber is the 'Backup' feature. Save your money. Or, if you want to spend your money in hopes of stimulating the economy, pick up the 'Security Protection' package instead.
I would like to know how to get my contact list to transfer over to my new computer. I was able to transfer my emails to the new computer, but the Contact list didn't come with it. How do I do that????
