HELP!!!

Hi,
I am having issues with this new incredimail, so much so as I am considering uninstalling! I can't back up any emails, which on previous versions I was able to do, so this is making the Uninstall process non-existent!
My main problem is when writing emails, I can no longer copy and paste ANYTHING into my emails not even email address or subjects this is VERY VERY VERY frustrating, not sure if this is a "new" feature but it sucks! The auto correct doesn't work eg, when I write i for instance it used to correct this, now it doesn't this is also very frustrating! The copy and paste Icons are there they just don't do anything.
And the Incredimail backup is that just a picture? as I went to use it and it just looked at me?

Really unhappy since upgrading!!! emoticon-0121-angry

To further check the problem you are experiencing, please perform the following tests:

Select the text you want to copy.

Click the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
Open a New Mail.
Type text in the New Mail window, then click the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'.

Did the copy and paste work?

Select the text you want to copy.

Press CTRL and C on your keyboard together.
Open a New Mail.
Type text in the New Mail window, then press CTRL and V on your keyboard.
Press CTRL and A on your keyboard. Did all the text get selected?

Did the copy and paste work?

Hi,
I am not a moron I know how to copy and paste, ICREDIMAIL WILL NOT LET ME (PERIOD), obviously I have tried these options!

In order to solve the problem you are experiencing, please do the following:

1. Open Internet Explorer, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options...’ .

2. Select the 'Advanced' tab, click 'Reset ...'.

3. Click 'OK' and close all windows.

New Update came through this morning to update incredimail, this wee issue seems to have gone!
