Apparently there is a problem with pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk as the incoming mail server right now.
Changing that server name to pop.mail.yahoo.com instead has resolved the issue for me at present.
The answer for you is going to depend on what email you are using.
Check your incoming server settings with your mail provider and make sure they match those that you have set in Incredimail.
Then, if they are correct and the problem persists ask your email provider if they have an alternate name you can use for the incoming mail server.
The problem lies with your email provider and not with Incredimail.
