tried installing latest update from Incredimail 2.....

Basically when I click update, to get the latest update to Incredimail 2, it starts to install, but the buttons don't work so I can't do anything and when I try to shut it down the cancel or continue installation buttons don't function either so I have to shut it down completely. I haven't had this problem before. Any help would be great. I thought it was just my pc playing up at first so I rebooted but this had no effect on it at all. Thanks
