Incredimail 2 Update Not Working Properly

Incredimail 2 Update Not Working Properly

Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?
tried installing latest update from Incredimail 2.....

Basically when I click update, to get the latest update to Incredimail 2, it starts to install, but the buttons don't work so I can't do anything and when I try to shut it down the cancel or continue installation buttons don't function either so I have to shut it down completely. I haven't had this problem before. Any help would be great. I thought it was just my pc playing up at first so I rebooted but this had no effect on it at all. Thanks

When I'm notified that I should install an update I close Incredimail and download the latest full setup file from their website. ... =fullsetup
I find this works best for me.
