Activation Code?

Your IncrediMail Version: 2.0
Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Tried to activate my premium account from the email you sent and also tried entering the code manually

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
This code can not be activated again

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I had a hard drive crash and had to rebuild my system. My Junk Filter code activated notmally but my Premium code will not activate and I get the message above.
I wrote to purchase@incredimail.com as instructed but was just wondering if support would be faster here.
Any ideas?
