Tried to activate my premium account from the email you sent and also tried entering the code manually

I had a hard drive crash and had to rebuild my system. My Junk Filter code activated notmally but my Premium code will not activate and I get the message above.
I wrote to email@example.com as instructed but was just wondering if support would be faster here.
