Problem with Golden Gallery

Your IncrediMail Version: IM2 Plus
Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I register and paid for Gold Gallery Life membership and cannot download or using it on yopu website.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
Not error come up. Simply, when click to Gold Gallery, your browswer sending me to page asking to pay and download, even I have purchased it.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
<Devil> I have PAID for Gold Gallery and cannot use it. have no idea what problem is? When tried to open Gallery you asking me to pay $15 I already did.

every time I do the upgrades that pop up when I sign in I get notices that I don't have incredimail and that I don't have my gold subscription. It is very tiring and getting really old to have to deal with this over and over and it takes months to fix all this nonsense. I just want my old program, my old stationary and my old skins. I don't like what is being forced on me. Please help me <No> emoticon-0124-worried
