Incredimail screen flickers all the time

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Tried to change refresh rate but my monitor samsung SynchMaster 223BW wont allow it.Updated all drivers using driver update.Ran trnd to check for viruses.

Every time i go to open incredimail it flickers on the screen.I go to send email it flickers .The only way i can stop it i continuelly clic mouse .It was working ok then now it just started to flick.I am not really computer savvy so if any one has a solution you will have to explain in simple terms

Is it possible that you will attach a video file of the Flickering?

It will be very hard to identify the issue without seeing it.
