Port keeps changing from 25 to 587

Your IncrediMail Version: Incredimail 2.0 Build 6284944
Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Not a thing

Please provide a full description of the problem:
When Incredimail goes to pull my email it stays in the 'connecting' status. I check the properties for the server and see the port for one of the 5 email addresses has been changed 'automatically' from 25 to 587. 587 does not work, 25 does. I change it back to port 25, shutdown Incredimail and restart it. This works for a while until one of the incoming ports gets changed again to 587.

Information about your IncrediMail installation will be necessary to better understand the reasons for the problem you are experiencing. We have created a tool, which collects the necessary data and creates the 'IMData.zip' file, to help you provide us with the most relevant information.

To create the 'IMData.zip' file, please click here. Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Please attach the 'IMData.zip' file to a PM (Private Message) to me.
