Incredimail 2 won't open/start at all?

What have you done before the problem occurred?

Hi,
I'm using incredimail 2 for some time now without any problems.
Since a week i can't open it anymore.
It won't start up at all, nothing happens.
I re-installed it too but nothing changes.
Major issue is that i have a few very important e-mails that i want back.
What to do???

i have an other computer with incredimail 2 installed.
all i need is to cut and paste the map that holds the e-mails, but what map is it??

I have the same problem I replaced my motherboard and since then can not get it to start at all tried updating and complete reinstall still nothing.

It's possible that downloading the IncrediMail full setup file will solve the problem you encountered.

Please click here to download the full setup file. Install IncrediMail once the download completes and let me know if the problem continues to occur.

My problem was the Im folder that gets left behind in a upgrade or new install I renamed it then did my install and everything works only problem is when when I try to get all my old e-mails back I got some from 2-3 years ago but the ones in last 2 years are still not recovered .

i tried that several times, but won't work :-(
are the e-mails stored in a folder, so if i copy and replace that folder on my other computer it will come back?
i tried to replace all folders on my other computer but that didn't work :-(
what folder do i need?

To verify that no other software is causing the problems you experience with IncrediMail, please do the following:

Click the 'Start' menu and select 'Run'. In the 'Run' dialog, enter 'msconfig', as shown in the example below, and click 'OK'.

In the 'System Configuration Utility' dialog, select the 'Startup' tab and click 'Disable All'.

Restart your computer.

Double-click the IncrediMail icon on your Desktop and let me know if the problem persists.

Note: To retrieve your start-up settings, repeat steps 1-2 and click 'Enable All'.

okay, got incredimail running on other windows account but no old e-mails.
important to me is to retreive my old e-mails...
