Starting my computer. I clicked on incredimail to open it and it gave me this message The application has failed to start befause its sis-by-side configuration is incorrect. I shut down my computer and rebooted it thinking it was just a glitch and when I tried again to open incredimail I got the same message and then I got this error message.
ERROR1904.Module C:/Programfiles/Incredimail/Bin.IncMail.exe failed to register HRESULT - 2147220473 Consult your support personnel.
No installed new program but my computer automatically updates windows and it did that the night before when I shut down my computer.
I have tried to uninstall incredimail this morning and when I clicked on it in the uninstall program file it said it was all ready uninstalled but the icon was still there. I then went and click on the like you put in this message and it said
another version of this product is all ready installed that I needed to go to the control panel to uninstall the program.
I went there and incredimail is not listed. So I do not understand how there could be another version installed.
