Incredimail will not open

Your IncrediMail Version: Incredimail 2.0
Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?
When trying to open my incredimail email I got this message: The application has failed to start because its sid-by-side configuration is incorrect. C:ProgramFiles/Incredimail/Bin/ImpCnt.exe

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
Then I got this error message: ERROR 1904.module C:/Program Files/Incredimail/Bin/IncMail.exe failed to register. HRESULT - 2147220473, Contact your support personnel

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I can not get my email because incredimail will not open. I can not reach the VIP Support because I can not open my incredimail. There needs to be a better way to get to VIP Support.

It's possible that downloading the IncrediMail full setup file will solve the problem you encountered.

Please click here to download the full setup file. Install IncrediMail once the download completes and let me know if the problem continues to occur.

I tried the download full set up and it did not solve the problem.

What were you doing just before the problem occurred?

Do you see any error messages? If so, please quote them in full.

Have you installed or updated any programs recently?

Starting my computer. I clicked on incredimail to open it and it gave me this message The application has failed to start befause its sis-by-side configuration is incorrect. I shut down my computer and rebooted it thinking it was just a glitch and when I tried again to open incredimail I got the same message and then I got this error message.
ERROR1904.Module C:/Programfiles/Incredimail/Bin.IncMail.exe failed to register HRESULT - 2147220473 Consult your support personnel.

No installed new program but my computer automatically updates windows and it did that the night before when I shut down my computer.

I have tried to uninstall incredimail this morning and when I clicked on it in the uninstall program file it said it was all ready uninstalled but the icon was still there. I then went and click on the like you put in this message and it said
another version of this product is all ready installed that I needed to go to the control panel to uninstall the program.
I went there and incredimail is not listed. So I do not understand how there could be another version installed.

Please try to perform the following steps:

1. First please click here and download the file to your Desktop. When the download completes, run the file and complete the installation.

2. Once the installation has been completed, click the 'Start' menu, then select 'All Programs', and select the following file:

"Windows Install Clean Up"

3. In the window that opens, please search the list for 'IncrediMail'.

4. Select it, click 'Remove', and then click 'Exit'.

5. Click here to download the IncrediMail full setup file - please save the file to your Desktop, and install JunkFilter Plus once the download completes.

Please let me know the results.

I rebooted my computer and started it under administator and then click on the link you sent and it worked.
I now have my incredimail back!!
