incomplete operation

Your IncrediMail Version: 2.0
Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I have tried reinstalling Incred mail at least 3x and one completely remove it .... I tried reinstalling the email account

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
Error message says...ERR system failure: IOException while retrieving content for item 30490872

Please provide a full description of the problem:
after i receive 4,032 emails .... it says operation incomplete and tries to reinstall them again and again and again ....

I'm guessing that you're using aol.com as your email account provider.

According to information other IncrediMail users have sent, we were able to check into the matter and found that AOL changed settings within their server, affecting our AOL IncrediMail users. AOL has confirmed this change, and we are both investigating the issue, in order to find an immediate solution.

If you would like further information, you should contact AOL Support.

I have other email account and they are not affected .... so it seems that it's related to incred mail not aol

Please try to remove the AOL account.

I found out what the problem was .... the 4,030 emails was too large for incredimail ... thus the "incomplete operation" ... I went into AOL's old mail account and delete the old mail and then the problem was solved ....
