According to information other IncrediMail users have sent, we were able to check into the matter and found that AOL changed settings within their server, affecting our AOL IncrediMail users. AOL has confirmed this change, and we are both investigating the issue, in order to find an immediate solution.

I found out what the problem was .... the 4,030 emails was too large for incredimail ... thus the "incomplete operation" ... I went into AOL's old mail account and delete the old mail and then the problem was solved ....IncrediModerator wrote:Please try to remove the AOL account.
