Lost SAVED Folder

Postby Jayski » Sat Dec 05, 2009 1:04 am

On 11/21 i tried & could not open Incredimail from my desktop...i kept getting a critical error massage:
jayski (11/21/2009 10:47:29 AM): can't use UNICODE vers of te SftTree DLL with Win32s/c-
i have no idea what that means, but after several attempts i was finally able to bring upIncredimail and it was XE2-
after that i found i had lost my SAVED folder & all it's important saved info,,,
Does anyone have any idea how i may be able to find/search for my lost SAVED Folder?
the folks at Incredimail tried to help, but all that happened was that i found my NEW SAVED Folder.
i need to find my earlier saved folder. Any & all info will be greatly appreciated!

Probably some of your IncrediMail were corrupted and cannot be restored.

If you backed up your IncrediMail data , you can import your emails and contacts. Open IncrediMail and click the ‘File’ menu, select ‘Import’ and import your emails and contacts.
