error message when e=mail firsts opens

Your Internet Browser Type: Google Chrome
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I had an DSL line problem. Only about 1/2 the line was working accoding to the carrier. When that was repaired, the problem started.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
error message 501 5.52RCPT TO syntax error

Please provide a full description of the problem:
When I click to open the e-mail, I can't look at anything until this message opens, I press ok and get another error box. This one says Aythorization for the account failed. Details are -ERR invalid command.

This message most likely means your Firewall program is blocking IncrediMail. Please check all steps below, including configuring your Firewall with IncrediMail:
