What have you done before the problem occurred?
I had an DSL line problem. Only about 1/2 the line was working accoding to the carrier. When that was repaired, the problem started.

When I click to open the e-mail, I can't look at anything until this message opens, I press ok and get another error box. This one says Aythorization for the account failed. Details are -ERR invalid command.
